These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you — personally or on behalf of an organisation — and Bhatia Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (“Bhatia Group”, “we”, “us”), concerning your use of this website and any page, tool or media connected to it (the “Site”).
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The content on the Site — including project descriptions, floor plans, carpet areas, amenities, specifications, possession timelines, prices and availability — is for general information only. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind.
Details may change as a project receives approvals from the relevant authorities, or as otherwise permitted by law. The agreement for sale for a unit and the project’s MahaRERA registration are the binding sources. Please confirm every detail with our sales team before you make a decision.
No booking, payment or allotment is made through this website.
Photographs, renderings, 3D models, virtual walkthroughs and videos are artist’s impressions of the design intent. Furniture, fittings, finishes, landscaping, views and surroundings may be shown for illustration and are not part of what is sold unless the agreement for sale says so. Dimensions shown are approximate.
Our ongoing projects are registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA). Each project page lists its registration number, which you can verify on the MahaRERA website.
Tools such as the loan calculator give estimates for illustration only; your actual loan terms are set by your lender. Our articles, NRI guidance and FAQs — including anything about tax, FEMA or repatriation — are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your own situation.
Unless stated otherwise, the Site is our property. Its source code, databases, functionality, designs, 3D models, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics (the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks and logos on it (the “Marks”), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and share pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or otherwise use the Content or Marks for any other purpose without our written permission.
By using the Site, you agree that:
The Site links to services we don’t control — such as WhatsApp, social networks, map providers and the MahaRERA website. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its Content — including decisions made without confirming details with us, or the Site being temporarily unavailable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You and we agree that the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
